WHO WE ARE
We are two late diagnosed/identified neurodivergents and coaches/counsellors, on a mission to help others live better lives from a neuroaffirmative, holistic and deeply human approach.
We’ve both struggled with anxiety, shame, depression, burnouts, confusion about the world around us and that never-ending cycle of trying (and failing) to build systems that will hopefully help us get things done.
When we finally understood that we were neurodivergent and went through the process of getting diagnosed, we were shocked how little mental health professionals knew about ADHD, Autism, AuDHD and other neurodivergent profiles. We had to overcome stereotypes, outdated science, genuine misinformation and advocate for ourselves every step of the way.
We thought things shouldn’t be this hard so we went back to school and poured our (limited) energy into training to become coaches and counsellors because we wanted to help people like us, who’ve been misunderstood even by mental health professionals with the best intentions and couldn’t find the support they needed for far too long.
We are committed to continuous professional development through ongoing training, research, and supervision specifically focused on ADHD, Autism, and AuDHD. As neurodivergent professionals ourselves, we’re constantly working to become the kind of knowledgeable, understanding practitioners we once needed but couldn’t find.
We’re both passionate about mental healthcare and driven by a deep desire to make a difference. We're here because we believe that healing and growth come from understanding. And we want to help you find your own path to balance, clarity, and the kind of life you want to live.
We know how overwhelming it can be to live in a world that wasn’t built for minds like ours, but we also know that with the right support, things can get better.
OUR METHOD
-
Counselling
Counseling is about meeting yourself exactly where you are, with honesty and compassion. We listen without judgment, and together we look at what’s happening in your life today, and the story that shaped it. We explore deeper patterns, where things might’ve started, and what healing can look like. We focus on the full picture: your body, your mind, and the world around you, because it’s all connected.
-
Coaching
Coaching focuses on the future you’re building, with strategies that respect your needs and goals. We help you notice what’s working, question what isn’t, and test new ways of thinking, doing, and being all while holding space for discomfort, because growth is rarely smooth. It’s about figuring out what kind of life actually feels good to live and how to move toward it one step at a time.
-
Experience & Expertise
We combine lived experience with informed expertise. We stay current on the latest ADHD and Autism research, books, trainings, and lived narratives from across the neurodivergent community. Our work is rooted in both real-life understanding and evidence-based insight. Shaped by science, sharpened by personal experience, and informed by the voices of other neurodivergents.
OUR APPROACH
We take a neuroaffirmative, client-centered approach to coaching and counselling. ADHD, Autism and AuDHD are not something to fix, but to understand, honour, and work with as part of who you are.
We bring knowledge, tools, and a ton of lived experience and professional insight, but we don’t hand down instructions from a pedestal. We believe everyone is the expert on their own life. Our role is to walk alongside, offering guidance, clarity, and support as you make sense of your story and explore what matters to you, at your pace, in your way.
Our approach is rooted in humanistic psychology and guided by a wide range of therapeutic ideas: we draw knowledge from ACT, DBT, IFS, mindfulness, existential therapy, psychodynamic therapy, somatic therapies and systemic work. We don’t reduce people to diagnoses, we see complex, whole humans. We recognise that neurodivergence comes with both challenges and strengths, and we don’t believe in pathologising difference or sugar-coating real struggles.
Together, we’ll explore what works for you, cultivate acceptance around what’s out of your control, and support meaningful change where it’s possible. We don’t offer quick fixes because you’re not broken. What we do offer is holistic, well-informed support, a relationship that encourages growth, deep self-understanding, and the space to become more fully yourself.
