For the minds that don’t fit in the box, from the people who refuse to be put in one.

“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”

- Carl Jung

ARE YOU…?

  • Newly diagnosed or exploring your neurodivergence

  • Burnt out, overwhelmed, anxious or feeling low

  • Struggling with planning, focus, motivation, or follow-through

  • Sensitive to noise, light, crowds, or others

  • Struggling with relationships, grief, boundaries, or big life changes

  • Tired of masking and ready to feel more like yourself

We support people with ADHD, Autism, AuDHD and other neurodivergences in understanding who they truly are, what they actually need, and build a life that finally fits.

HOW WE HELP

By combining counselling, coaching, deep expertise, and our own lived experience as Autistic and ADHD adults, we help you make sense of your life story—how your past shaped you, how your body and mind respond to the world, and where patterns keep showing up. From there, we turn toward what matters: your goals, your strengths, and practical strategies that actually work for your brain and your life. Our approach is holistic, science-informed, and firmly neuroaffirmative.

  • Whether you’re exploring self-diagnosis, preparing for assessment, or untangling multiple labels such as Autism, ADHD, dyslexia, giftedness, etc, we walk with you through the questions, the learning, and the clarity.

  • Many neurodivergent folks live in constant “survival mode.” We support you in understanding your nervous system, process emotions safely, and find regulation that actually works for your brain and body, while building resilience, and responding with self-kindness.

  • Time blindness, forgetfulness, and procrastination are not character flaws, they’re common executive function challenges for neurodivergent minds. We help you develop systems that work for your brain, without shame or hustle-culture pressure.

  • After years of masking or being told you're “too much” or “not doing enough”, reconnecting to your real self can be powerful. We help you discover what unmasking would look like, heal, and build self-worth grounded in truth.

  • Loud noises, flickering lights, unpredictable inputs—what overwhelms you is valid. We help you create sensory-safe environments and coping strategies that honor your needs.

  • You have the right to ask for what you need. We help you build the confidence, clarity, and language to speak up and protect your energy—at home, at work, or anywhere else.

  • Whether it’s friendships, romantic relationships, or colleagues—we explore how to communicate your needs, build trust, and create connections that feel good to you.

  • Being an expat can come with challenges to adapt, loneliness, homesickness, and that’s before you add ADHD, autism, or other neurodivergences into the mix. We help expats make sense of life in a new country, navigate identity shifts, find community, and build systems that work in unfamiliar environments.

  • Big transitions and changes can bring questions of purpose, identity, and direction. Whether you are experiencing the challenges of leaving a job, graduating, moving countries, becoming a parent, ending a relationship, or simply feeling like everything that used to make sense suddenly doesn’t, we offer space to explore what matters and how to move forward.

  • We offer space to gently process painful experiences—whether it’s the loss of a loved one, a major life shift, or the trauma of feeling misunderstood for years. Together, we explore how these experiences live in your body and mind, and support you in making meaning, finding safety, and moving forward in a way that honors your story.

FAQ

  • We meet with most clients online via a secured and encrypted platform or telephone. You are free to choose whether to keep your (and your coach’s) camera on or off, whatever makes you more comfortable.

We are also able to meet clients for in-person sessions in The Hague, Netherlands for a “walk and talk” in a local park or by hiring a private counselling space.

  • Of course! We work with clients worldwide so as long as we can find the right timing that works for everyone, it doesn’t matter where you’re based.

  • No! At the moment there is no waiting time, we can start working immediately.

  • Many companies have budgets for professional development, mental health, or personal growth. Coaching often fits neatly into those categories (especially if you’re working on things like focus, communication, executive functioning, stress, or burnout). You can ask your manager or HR if there’s budget available — you'd be surprised how often the answer is yes.

In the Netherlands if you have ADHD, Autism or both, and would benefit from professional guidance to make your life easier, you can apply for a personal budget (PGB). With a PGB you can choose a coach who suits your needs and preferences. You can apply to your municipality to get a PGB for coaching. For this, a personal plan must be submitted, which describes what support you need and why. You can read more about the PGB here.
